Pottery Lesson

This is turning into a week of posts featuring things I’ve made… see, even though I didn’t post anything last week, I have been creatively busy! so here is the result of my first pottery class… since 3rd grade that is. I originally wanted to carve the striped textures into the clay, but ran out of time. so instead, I painted them on. not sure what I will use this for, possibly flowers (if the bottom is water tight), or kitchen utensils… any other suggestions?
After this, I thought of tons of other things I want to make… perhaps I will sign up for a few more classes.
