Texture Rubber
How can I make the texture of rubber in my shrimp?
Im doing one of my favorite dishes is called the jerk shrimp. But every now I do my tastes of shrimp paste and seafood taste salty. How do I get rid of rubber and the taste of fresh seafood?
He has over cook the shrimp if they are in the rubbery texture.
