Roller Kit

HP Maintenance Kits can be easy to install, but many people are not in the service facility. Simply install the kit you keep in place, but is much more complicated than just slapping the components. A maintenance kit normally consists of a fuser, transfer roller and feed rollers. Substituting the elements of the maintenance kit, there is another service procedures that must be done, too. There are many different models of HP laser printers. I gathered for this section and in May largely on the floor of the specific issues or procedures to the list.
First, it is necessary to vacuum the role and the residual toner powder. This dust can find its way into the drum and fuser and cause excessive wear on the drum and the drum of the sheet within the toner cartridge. Also may cause wear of the fuser roll or fuser film. It is important to empty everything. Remove all components from the list.
Fuser, paper trays, rollers Supply, toner cartridge and transfer roller. Locate the jam area before the transfer roller. There is usually a green handle to lift. If you make many prints, you'll see a lot of paper dust in this area. Also, when leaving the transfer roller, toner and dust will be paper too. Make sure you vacuum the dust out of paper inside the paper drawer. Remove the paper and you will not have trouble finding the paper dust. Some laser printers have a movement that has a fan filter. They become completely obstructed by dust and can overheat the inside of the machine. This can cause many problems especially with the toner cartridge. Look for vents on the sides of the machine.
Warning: Do not use compressed air! It is blowing the pollutants in the circuit, bearings and other components.
The next thing to do would be to clean the inside with a good towel. You can not get all the toner and dust with a vacuum cleaner. Toner tends to accumulate if not cleaned and eventually cause many problems. Be sure to clean the paper trail.
Warning: Can not be a lever sticks and sensors that can rupture, while cleaning if not careful.
Not all reels paper feed are provided in a standard maintenance kit. There are rollers that do not require replacement of most of the time, and are known as pre-rolls supply. Roller pre – feed rollers are driving the paper feed rollers. Not much, but do not need cleaning. You can clean rolls with WD-40. Just saturate the cloth and move the tread roll very good. Then return with the dry cloth and remove any residual cleaner.
Caution: Never use alcohol to clean the feed rollers. The alcohol dries the strip of bearing and ruin them!
Install all components of the maintenance kit. Be careful not to damage the fuser for unpacking. There are some weapons of sensitive sensors and other components that break easily in most of them. When you have finished installing all parties, must clean the exterior walls. This is important for me because I look good when I'm done. You 409 may use really clean because it covers well and is readily available and cheap. Follow the procedure for reinstatement of visualization for maintenance. A test print from the desktop and away you go. If you follow these steps each time you change your maintenance kit, you will see a big difference in the quality and performance of its Laser printer HP printer.
