While my main goal in this blog is to create collections of documents using metal detectors, I found many other valuable treasures such as jewelry and relics as well. As I did in the post for 20 favorite pieces are the best, I am including the date, used a metal detector and the point where the depth was. Most of these findings come land or water around Tarpon Springs, FL

1. 4 Diamond 14K Linde Star Sapphire Ring – were found in 1973 in Tarpon Beach with an amphibian white (model duck). First stage of the search for water – only 1 inch deep.

2. WI Gas Mask W / WW II Jeep – White Box of two instruments used in war field training in Tarpon Springs. Gas Mask 4ft. Deep End and Jeep before and 8 feet motor. Retro used to retrieve and a gas mask that sells for $ 150.00.

3. 1936 Sterling Silver Lighter – 1260 Fisher mini coil sources to find the lightest possible about 8 inches deep on the lawn of Sunset Hills Middle School (1990).

4. Scoreboard Confederate soldier's funeral – found in Tarpon (1992) using Garrett Master Hunter 7 on wasteland receiving your permission Fitness Center Parking (only 3 mm deep).

5. 1926 Macy's scale – are in Tarpon remote undeveloped area called "Jungle". BFO Medeford with 5 / 12 inch reel combo to find 2 feet deep. It weighted about 200 pounds and not be restored (1970).

6. Men 1/3K Diamond 14K Ring – Ring My personal favorite is over 400 pieces of gold and silver rings. Good fit found with Fisher CZ 20 to 3 inches deep TS Beach (1996).

7. Ornate Sterling & Gold Bracelet Men – Made in Colombia SA in 1924, this beauty is on the old football stadium (1975) to about 4 inches deep with Fisher M Scope Application 11.

8. 18K Woman's Ring – I found this with my garnet ring with coil springs 1260 Fisher mini about 2 inches deep. Ring was built in 1895 (the oldest of my sound) Lemon dug into a lot Laurent.

9. Navy WWII Sterling Ring – found in the Wasteland in Levis / Lima Lawrence and returned to its owner who lost in1942 just before boarding. Garrett MH 7 with sniper coil used to locate the ring 45 years after – 1987 to about 2 inches deep.

10. White gold wedding ring – dated 1949, I found this ring to the football concession stand tall Tarpon on my first day of metal detecting – 12/25/69 with Medeford BFO to 2 inches deep. Ring of return for the couple who missed the fall of 1967.

11. 1921 Silver Dollar Bezel SS – Located in the playground of Tarpon Elemtary in 1993. Fisher, 1260 found this beauty at 11 inches deep.

12. Cache (45 BU) That Bank – First National Bank Cards minted in 1918 and buried in 1929, the stock market crash. 1260 Fisher used in 1990 on the property, then 92 years. The President of the Bank of age who have buried more than a foot deep. It allowed me to keep all 45.

13. Antique 14KT white gold onyx ring – My first time in beach water is not met detector Jetco YPFB in 1970 in Dunedin Beach (3 inches deep).

14. Cache of 13 pieces / chips – my 2nd cache found the vacant lot on Oak Street in Tarpon using Fisher in 1260 in 2000. Valued at over $ 2000.00 these pieces were in a snuff box, about 8 inches deep.

15. $ 1,868 gold ring of the coin – my first gold coin to find (1985) using a Bounty Hunter Big Bud Howard Fred Park. Ring less than two inches deep in sandy soil.

16. 2 Tarpon Springs HS Class Rings – CZ reached with 20 of the first time Fred Howard Beach (Holiday Spring 1985). He returned two rings and one belonged to one of my students. Both were less than 2 inches deep.

17. 3 (Live) World War II artillery shells – were discovered in 1971 and using Jetco RELCO BFO detectors used in space for the training of artillery in 1941-42. The tanks were about 6-8 inches deep.

18. 1 Carat Diamond 24K Pendant Nugget 22 "gold chain – Priced at $ 4500.00 and found CZ 20 Fred Howard Beach, shallow sand. Returned to owner.

19. 1880 Orange Belt Railway Brass Lock Road – Located along a branch in Tarpon Springs at the foot of depth with approximately Medeford BFO coil with 12 inches.

20. Antique 14K Watch – Located in Clearwater, FL on the grass, the shopping center parking lot of Fisher in 1210 less than one inch deep (2002).
