Winner of several California Clay Competition Awards including Best of Show in 2006, and participant in many nationally juried exhibitions, he also maintains his own studio in downtown Santa Cruz.
The heart of his work is the hybridization of organic and architectural structure, and he is currently working on his "Structural Relic" series. As objects in nature and manmade objects reflect the same natural laws, we see in his work how the analogous structures of both are important to the survival of the whole. His work simultaneously conveys the beauty of natural arches and the grace of cathedral naves. Japanese Translation Pending Dutch Translation Pending French Translation Pending
